MMS Computer Learning Mangement System

The MMS (Magic Mentor System) is used by the teacher as a completely teaching tool to manage the computer laboratory during teaching the computer courses. The full functions of simple operation and video quality with instant broadcasting speed are satisfied by the teacher at all.

SYSTEM FEATURES

The MMS has option for teacher to select ALL, GROUP or JUST 1 student(s) to execute following functions just required by the teacher via “SIMPLE KEY STROKES” on the control panel or operating screen on the instructor computer.

  • READY: System Available/Reset System. All computers being operated independently.

  • TEACHER: Instructor to Student(s) for video and audio broadcast.

  • STUDENT: Student to Student(s) for video and audio broadcast.

  • SCAN: Student(s) video and audio are scanned by the instructor.

  • HELP: Requests from Student(s) to the instructor.

  • BLANK: Blank Student(s) video screen.

  • SET UP: Requests changing system operation profile by the instructor.

  • EXCLUDE: Isolate Student(s) from the control system.

  • FREEDOM: Students can option in or option out the control system.

  • CU/CME: See/See Me, toggling the video screen between the instructor and student.

  • PAUSE: Pause the Scan/Advance to Next.

  • K/M CTRL: Remote keyboard/mouse control between the instructor and student.

  • CHAT: Instructor chat to Student(s).

  • Power on/off: Instructor enable to remote power on/off Student(s) computer..

  • Limitation: Instructor enable to remote limit program execution of Student(s).

  • Execution: Instructor enable to remote execute program of Student(s).

  • Web-site Management: Disable or enable web-site browsing of Student(s).

  • File Upload: Enable Student(s) file to Instructor.

  • File Download: Enable Instructor file to Student(s).

  • Disable keyboard and mouse: Disable Student(s) keyboard and mouse operation during video and audio broadcast.

  • Easy View: The image of Student(s) appear on the screen of Instructor at the same time then instructor to catch the operating status of Student(s).

  • Easy ID: The name or ID code of Student(s) be reserved as Student(s) enter registration to the computer then the file of homework or test for each student will be companied by the ID and transfer to Instructor.
